Income Disparity Grows in Canada (1/3/12)

Income disparity between Canada's richest citizens and everyone else in the country continues to grow. A new report released on Monday shows that the top 1% of Canadians saw their share of the country’s total income increase to 13.3% in 2007 from only 8.1% in 1980.

In addition, the top ten percent of earners make over ten times the bottom ten percent.
