Local 108 Endorses Corzine for NJ Governor (8/29/05)
On Monday, August 29, Local 108 President Charles N. Hall, Jr. and
RWDSU Organizer Joseph Dorismond joined RWDSU members and Senator Jon
Corzine at Automated Distribution Systems in Edison, New Jersey, to
announce the union’s endorsement of Senator Jon Corzine in the New
Jersey gubernatorial race.
The union cited Senator Corzine’s commitment to working families, his fight for fair wages for all Americans, efforts to protect overtime pay, defend workers’ right to organize, and to keep workers safe on the job.
Automated Distribution Systems is an RWDSU shop, with 250 Local 108 members employed.
