Three-Year Pact for Pitt Aramark Workers (3/9/10)

A new three year contract ratified on September 30 by Local 101 members working at Aramark Uniform in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, increases wages 85 cents an hour over the life of the pact. There are also increases in weekly base salary for route sales representatives, and employees will have the ability to trade in one week of vacation time for pay if they so choose. The contract is retroactive to June 3, and run through June 2, 2012. In addition, the health insurance coverage will be protected over the life of the contract.
