Pepsi Drivers Ratify New Contract (7/7/08)

A new five-year agreement for Local 125 members in St. Joseph, Missouri, gives route sales drivers for Pepsi-Cola good wage increases and health care coverage security. The health care plan will be protected, and drivers will recieve $2.20 in hourly wage increases over the life of the contract.

The agreement also makes improvements to members' vacations, life insurance coverage, disability payments, and other benefits.

There are 55 members in the Local 125 Pepsi-Cola unit.
